Ford, Lorne, Radek, Cadman (note the order) = the Robins (Dick, Jason, Tim, Stephanie)
Teyla = Batgirl (thingswithwings says: "all of them")
Caldwell = Commisioner Gordon
Elizabeth = some debate here -- I say Catwoman, she says Alfred.
Michael = The Joker
Larrin = Harley Quinn
Todd = Ra's al Ghul (because, this way? JOHN'S DAD)
